In the wee hours of Monday morning, I delivered my latest Analog column. In addition to an introductory essay on how science fiction has responded to changes in audience over the last century, I reviewed titles by Robert J. Sawyer; Sharon Lee & Steve Miller; Larry Niven, Jerry Purnelle, and Steven Barnes; Kristine Kathryn Rusch; Wil McCarthy; Ben Bova & Gordon R. Dickson; and others. You'll be able to read the column in the May/June 2020 issue of Analog.

I'm pleased to be able to report that my husband Thomas entered an online raffle and won a brand new refrigerator with a Star Wars theme. Thanks to the folks at Bray & Scarff for this awesome gift.

Projects: 

It's about 11 am on Friday. I'm currently finishing up episode 2.17 of The Rule of Five. This project has provided me with some of the most fun I've had writing.

I'm also working on Hunt for the Dymalon Cygnet (the followup to Dance for the Ivory Madonna), making progress on a memoir, and restoring my website.
